Preparation for construction of a logistics center in Sarstedt
Knepper has carried out extensive work to prepare a logistics center in Sarstedt for construction.
Work carried out
- Clearing work
- Remediation of pollutants including removal of building materials containing asbestos, PAH, PCB and KMF
- Complete demolition of around 200,000 cubic meters of enclosed space including foundations
- Removal of the entire surface sealing of asphalt, paving and concrete including all gutters and kerbs
Machines in use
- Tracked excavators up to 60 tons with OilQuick attachments
- Wheel loader up to 23 tons operating weight
- Dumper for transverse material transport within the construction site
- Various small machines
- Various work platforms
- Mobile crushing, screening and conveying technology
