A challenging demolition project has been completed! The Knepper Group has successfully dismantled the former production and administration buildings of Hella Plant 1 in Lippstadt, covering an area of over 50,000 m².

A challenging demolition project has been completed! The Knepper Group has successfully dismantled the former production and administration buildings of Hella Plant 1 in Lippstadt, covering an area of over 50,000 m².
The deconstruction included production halls, office buildings, technical facilities and outdoor areas.
Thanks to our sophisticated material flow management, large quantities of building materials were recycled sustainably. We produced RC concrete chippings at our depot in order to return valuable resources to the cycle.
Throughout the entire project, occupational safety and environmental protection were our top priorities. Our demolition & dismantling, recycling, scrap & non-ferrous metals and logistics & transport teams once again proved that we not only carry out dismantling efficiently, but also sustainably.
A successfully completed project - space has been created for something new!
